If your property listing has been approved for check-in payments, your money will be disbursed to your bank account 1-2 days after the guest checks in.
If you have bought a subscription with HomeAway, we may be in the position to upgrade your payments to advanced payments. This payment process takes an average of 5-7 working days after a guest has entered his credit card details online, regardless of the arrival date. If you have selected a Pay-Per-Booking option, you would need to contact HomeAway first in order to amend your profile from Pay-Per-Booking to Pay-Per-Subscription.
To do so, we require the following:
1) A recent utility bill for your rental property, in your name.
2) A recent utility bill for your residential property, in your name
3) A valid copy of your passport/National ID card/Driver’s License for UK applicants only.
