Once your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming your approval for Advanced Payments or Check-In Payments. If your bank account is located in the UK or in the Euro/SEPA zone, this email will also contain a link to a Direct Debit Mandate. You must sign and complete the Direct Debit Mandate if it has not been completed during your online application.
You are able to start managing your property and payments directly from your HomeAway/VRBO Reservation Manager. When a guest books through HomeAway and pays using HomeAway Payments, your Reservation Manager will be automatically updated. You will receive an email confirmation upon guest payment and after the reservation is confirmed, the funds are sent to your bank account and disbursed. For Advanced Payments, funds are disbursed to your account within 5-7 business days after a payment has been completed. For Check-In Payments, funds are disbursed to your account after the guest has checked in (see Disbursement Timeframe - Check-in Payments for more detail).
When funds are disbursed to your account, you will receive two emails confirming your direct deposit details and the processing fees paid. Once you receive these notifications, funds will appear in your account within 2-3 business days.
