You can issue a refund to a guest through your dashboard, provided you have given us a signed Direct Debit Mandate for your bank account.
You must complete and return the Direct Debit Mandate if you have not done so previously. Once we have an up-to-date Direct Debit Mandate on file for your account, you can issue the refund via your listing dashboard whether or not the payment has been received into your bank account.
