I am a property owner based in Europe and did not notice any VAT charged on my invoice, why is this?

Irish VAT is not applicable on fees and services provided by Yapstone, an Ireland based company, to customers located in the EU.  You may have VAT obligations of your own in your country on receipt of Yapstone’s services in connection with your property letting.
