HolidayRentPayment -- powered by the YapStone payments platform -- does not issue automatic refunds to your guests.
In order for one of your guest to be refunded, you will need to access the reservation you wish to refund through your reservation manager software and select "refund".
For the "refund" option to be made available to you, you will need a signed Direct Debit Mandate on file. The Direct Debit Mandate form can be downloaded from the welcome email you received when you were approved for service or completed by clicking here.
